EARNING LEGITIMATELY FROM PIPELINE VANDALIZATION

"In a presentation to the Senate Committee, Managing Director of the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company, PPMC, a subsidiary of the NNPC, Mrs. Esther Nnamdi-Ogbue, stated that  Nigeria has lost a total of 531 million litres of petrol valued at over N50 billion to pipeline vandals between January and September, 2015, at the problematic System 2B Pipeline network which stretches from the Atlas Cove in Lagos to Ilorin."
-An excerpt from the vanguard news paper (27/Nov/2015)

Every Nigerian should at this point make reasonable attempts to capitalize on this problem (Pipeline Vandalization) . This even promises to be quite a profitable business venture but undisputedly a very challenging one...

1. Is there a possible substitute for the current pipes being used for pipeline construction within Nigeria?
2. Are there possible security measures that could be put in place?
3. Can Private companies spring up, whose sole purpose will be to check and intercept the activities of pipeline vandals?
4. MORE QUESTIONS???

Let's do something Nigerians??? Let's think this through.
